A huge thank you to all at Staffordshire County Council for continuing to support my endeavours and also always sending me wonderful learners. Staff from the council are without fail, motivated, inspirational and FUNNY! How we laughed. I feel like I have made some new friends on last week’s Motivational Interviewing training. We had a great time, learning, laughing and sharing good practice. Everyone threw themselves into each of the tasks. It was very heartening to read how helpful they had found me, especially as some of the learners had been anxious before attending the session.
The brand-new training films starring the always wonderful characters of Thomasina and Augustus went down a storm, so thank you to my actors Michelle and Wilf.
