What an end to the week! Yesterday, Clare - a social worker from Staffordshire County Council sent me this lovely feedback:

"As ever Steven I really enjoyed my training with you. You are such a motivational trainer that the day goes so quick and you learn a lot. I loved the breakout rooms, a benefit of Zoom. It gets you closer to meeting new people and

gets a range of answers and ideas rather than working in a silo and sticking with your colleagues when in face to face training.

I found the paraphrasing tasks difficult but learnt to understand the reasons and the way to do it. I just need to practice it now!! I agree you probably do undertake this normally but the training got you thinking about it. I liked that there were not many people there as we could see everyone and have good detailed discussions. I think big groups can inhibit people stepping up and answering or

discussing points.
