I recently had the absolute pleasure of training a cohort of professional from a raft of organisations across Stoke on Trent. Yet again, I was working alongside the Expert Citizens Insight Academy. The course was ‘Effective Factual Recording’ which I realised some folks would think would be extremely dry. Oh, ye of little faith, this is the Steven Talbot Consultancy approach we are talking about here. There’s nothing rote or boring with my training, on the contrary, the course was created with lots of input from both professionals and citizens of Stoke on Trent.
Lucky ole me has had the feedback collated for him. So, cheers for that Jonathan (of Insight fame) and the learner comments are most illuminating.
Here in Stoke, we are so very lucky to have the Insight Academy and long may the dynamic approach to learning and development continue.
