Motivational Interviewing with MPFT and the Insight Academy Sept 2023 "This was a fabulous session."
And he’s back!
Greetings faithful readers of my blog posts. I’m finally catching up with all of the rather fantastic feedback I’ve received since returning to the coal face. This time it was Motivational Interviewing with Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust or as everyone knows it – MPFT.
In collaboration with the folks over at the Insight Academy I delivered a bespoke version of the MI course to the social workers and support staff from the NHS. Needless to say, it went down a storm and as you can see from the collated feedback, I’m still as popular. It’s incredibly rewarding when learners can see just how much effort I have put into creating the course and making it applicable to their job roles. I particularly enjoyed sharing my new training films too.
Overall, it was a magnificent start to the working week – a huge thank you, as always to all of the staff at Expert Citizens Insight Academy who have encouraged and supported my endeavours throughout the year. Onto the next season (is that Autumn around the corner) and the copious new training opportunities…
