I recently had the pleasure of training some fantastic staff from Stoke on Trent City Council. The course was my always popular, two day, ‘Inspiring Change Behaviour’ Motivational Interviewing. I’ve had a bit of a revamp with the course (as I can’t stop tinkering) and I’ve now introduced element of ‘relational working’ into the course. The two work wonderfully well together, after all.
To say it was a HIT, would be an understatement. Here is a smattering of the feedback comments:
