Delivering the 'potential aggression' course at the University of Liverpool has been a wonderfully rewarding experience. On Thursday of this week, I delivered the session in the really quite beautiful setting of the Leahurst Campus, home to veterinary science. The staff were so warm and welcoming and it was a real laugh a minute, with anecdotes and stories coming thick and fast.
What was particularly special was the staff who have already attended the training who had informed their colleagues that they were 'in for a treat' and if that didn't set me up for the day, the staff started to tell me how their colleagues had started putting what they had learned into practice. Smashing stuff! I love to hear the robust examples of good parctice, so keep them coming.
