The Lyme Trust - inspiring change in Newcastle under Lyme

Monday and Tuesday of this week brought me to The Lyme Trust, a charitable organisation in Newcastle under Lyme, supporting people with mild to moderate mental health problems. Over the two days we explored ambivalence and inspiring change with the residents.

Feedback was 100% positive with some lovely comments from the assembled learners;

“Expectations? Exceeded my expectations. Content delivered with immense knowledge and humour, very entertaining, I’ll remember this!”

“I like the course because it taught me different ways to approach residents.”

“I was open minded about the learning experience, thoroughly enjoyed it, Steven’s knowledge was amazing and made is easier to understand and relate to.”

“Very interesting, thank you.”

“I wanted to be more motivated and to help more people, the course was very interesting and I learned a lot.”

“I hoped to learn different techniques when listening to residents, my learning needs were definitely met. This was a really enjoyable course; Steven’s training approach is fantastic.”

“It has really made me think when I’m working with residents, very good course, please come back!”

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the learners and will be keeping up to date with all that Lyme Trust are doing to support people in North Staffordshire.
