"I absolutely love Steve's training; it is beautifully created and fully interactive and always a fully inclusive environment. I love the way that Steven weaves in anecdotes, facts and learning all together. :)"
Now, how is that for some feedback! Blimey, what a grand thing to read. This was left by a particularly wonderful member of staff from Staffordshire County Council. Earlier this week I had the pleasure of delivering my ‘Respect and Inclusion’ training to various folks from across the council. The training was created specifically for people from across Staffordshire and reflects attitudes, values and principles. There is lots of discussion, heated debate and laughs aplenty. It’s so important to create an environment where people can assess their own thinking and also address that maybe, just maybe – they could think a bit differently.
The fact that Staffordshire have embedded this open approach to debate is indicative of how serious they take the subject and how supportive they are of their staff and residents. Superb.
Feedback ranged from:
"As always Steven is AMAZING! A course that really makes you think, I really enjoyed it and I will be looking forward to more training, especially if Steven delivers it."
To an always welcome one word!
"Excellent."
Then we had:
"All excellent, I will look forward to further training sessions with Steven."
"Really enjoyable training. Informative and interactive plus it was thought-provoking, you kept me engaged and that's a thank you from me!"
"EXCELLENT training, I really enjoyed it, thank you!"
"Very interesting with lots of valid points and lots of opportunities to discuss and debate and to also self-reflect. There were lots of ideas for further research. I really REALLY enjoyed Steven and Di's training."
