And here I am again, delivering effective factual recording to staff from Coventry City Council. The collated feedback highlights the good work that I’m doing and the commitment shown by the assembled learners, doing their best for the residents of the city. The course has been created bespoke for Caroline’s teams – housing and homelessness and as you can see, the troops were impressed!
