Online training 2020 going from strength to strength

For the past two weeks I’ve been delivering online versions of my rather successful courses;

• Inspiring Change – Motivational Interviewing

• Trapped and Drowning in My Things – Compulsive Hoarding

• LOST – Recognising and Responding to Loneliness

The success has continued with feedback from the interactive online versions being uniformly excellent, with 100% learner engagement and positive comments. A smattering of which I’ve included below. In this time of Covid 19 and home working, it is imperative that the learning and development needs of staff is met and the training delivered isn’t death by PowerPoint. Instead, people need hands on, interactive training that challenges, entertains and educates. All of which you’ll find on my training.

Check out some of my learner feedback:

Steve is a fabulous facilitator!! This is the second time I have completed his training, and I wasn’t disappointed! Steve delivers with enthusiasm and is so knowledgeable, I found all areas of the training to be informative. Well-paced training, great content and Steve has a great personality and sense of humour that really makes people feel comfortable talking about some very sensitive subjects!! I’d love for Steve to deliver some further training dates or to be able to attend one of our team meetings!! I know that the compulsive hoarding training gets booked up quickly and places are limited!! Natalie

Firstly, your drawings are amazing and you need to be setting up your own business for those if you haven’t already! I really enjoyed the session, honestly the best training I’ve done in a long time. It was light-hearted, fun and engaging but also extremely informative and give skills that can instantly/easily be used when working with people with compulsive hoarding. Rebecca

I really enjoyed the training and learning about the different types of hoarding, especially the sentimental hoarding as that touched me on a personal level as I do hold onto things that I have sentimental attachment too. It was good to look at the assertive approach an

d how to approach someone who hoards in an empathetic way. Amanda

I found this training very informative. The trainer explained and demonstrated the correct way to approach clients. Diane

I really enjoyed the training and was surprised at some of the facts that I learned. I also related to some of the behaviours. It was a really interesting session with good interaction levels and a good pace. Helen

Steven managed to make his online training just as good as his dynamic classroom teaching. The best trainer by far. Steve
