Greetings one and all,
Yesterday was spent in a rather swanky training venue in Salford. This time it was Motivational Interviewing (MI) with staff from across Turning Point and Crisis Point. I have created a totally bespoke training day for them. They have their very own training films, resources and activities. I did my research and made sure that each of the activities represented the people who are being supported and encouraged into lifestyle change. I love meeting the REAL people and hearing how they have embraced positive transformation.
The feedback from the learners goes a great way to expressing how appreciated they were of my endeavours. I had such a lovely day. It was very rewarding to see and hear how the team work together and benefit from a nurturing environment.
