“Excellent training, really engaging, enjoyable and thought provoking." Effective Factual Recording with Insight Academy and Stoke on Trent City Council
During October I delivered my Effective Factual Recording training to various representatives from Stoke on Trent City Council’s Adult Social Care departments. The online and the face-to-face classroom versions have both been warmly received. Learners have especially enjoyed the films that I created for the training day. These included brand new comedy skits (always popular, especially if they star Gwyn Hill as the poor put upon Joan), interviews with adults with learning disabilities and also rather revealing interviews with people from across the City who have experienced multiple disadvantages. I’ve absolutely loved creating and delivering the sessions. I continue delivering them into November and beyond. And in the new year, some new councils have taken up my offer. More on that later…
