Empowering Practice: Lead Worker Practice Essentials with Staffordshire County Council and friends, Sept 2026, “Steven was really engaging.”

And it is a great big WELCOME BACK to work from me.
I’ve had fun packed couple of weeks since returning to the coal face. All in all, it has been blooming brilliant. My work / life balance has finally found its equilibrium and I couldn’t be happier. First of all, I delivered my course, Empowering Practice: Lead Worker Practice Essentials for Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Partnership. I trained an array of professionals from across Staffordshire, all of whom threw themselves into each and every task.
