A late return from Steven! Happy New Year Folks!

Hello faithful readers of the Steven Talbot blog posts,

Yes, both of you!  I’m a bit late to the game with my updates and I only have my self to blame.  I had a rip-roaring Christmas, thank you very much to all who attended my murder mystery event. The killer, Marissa Goldsworthy was unveiled in great style and the snow globe killer is now safely behind bars.  I rested, I recharged, I had a roaring cold and I laughed.  And that was 2023.  Over and out.  Possibly my best professional year on record.

I returned to the world of training in early January and it has been none stop ever since.  I’ve created three brand new films for my new course on adult safeguarding, ‘that human moment’ and all three of them are cracking!  Even if I do say so myself.  The training is all concerned with making safeguarding personal and as part of the course I have interviewed a raft of people from across my local area, some professionals, some citizens of Staffordshire.  More on that later…

I’ve also continued my relationship with Birmingham City Council.  With more Effective Factual Recording sessions and a brand-new training course for their apprentices.  It’s all go in 2024.  So, in short, I AM BACK.  I will be sharing my feedback and updates throughout the year and I hope your endeavours bear fruit too.

Cheerio one and all,

Steven
