It’s time for one of Steven’s blogs. You lucky so and so’s.
I’ve just returned from my jolly jaunt with Telford and Wrekin Council. Motivational Interviewing with a room full of wonderful staff members, all of whom threw themselves into the sessions. Some learners spoke of their fear of speaking in front of other people and by day two they were up on their feet, addressing others and feeling very empowered. The oft quoted ‘inspirational’ was mentioned a fair few times and as always, I was super impressed with the calibre of learner from Telford and Wrekin Council. I return there in a couple of weeks for more Compulsive Hoarding courses and more Motivational Interviewing.
Next week brings new sessions with East Cheshire Council and Staffordshire Police, 2020 is already off to a great start. Below you will find a smattering of the 100% positive feedback:
